Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

CaseTech, Inc. wants everyone to be able to find the right case, get a quote and reach our team — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of how we build the website, not as an add-on.

The Standard We Work To

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with disabilities.

The site is partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, and we’re working through the areas listed in Section 04.

What We’ve Built In

• Keyboard access: every menu, dropdown, search box and form can be reached and used with the Tab, Enter and Escape keys.
• Visible focus: a clear outline shows where you are as you move through the page.
• Screen reader support: headings in a logical order, labelled form fields and buttons, named navigation areas, and dialogs that announce themselves and return focus when closed.
• Text alternatives: photographs carry descriptions of what they show; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Readable colour: text and buttons are designed for strong contrast against their backgrounds, and colour is never the only way information is shown.
• Zoom and small screens: pages reflow to a single column on phones and when zoomed, without sideways scrolling.
• Reduced motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off its animations.

Known Limitations

We know of the following areas that may not yet fully meet the standard, and we’re working on them:

• Product photos and descriptions: our catalog includes several hundred products, many with images and text supplied by manufacturers. Some product images may not yet have full text descriptions.
• Manufacturer documents: spec sheets and PDFs from manufacturers we link to may not be fully accessible.
• Size search sliders: the shop’s size range sliders can be used with a keyboard, but may be harder to use with some assistive technology. You can also search by name or model number, or simply ask us — see Section 06.

Third-Party Content

Some parts of the site come from other companies, such as the Google map on our Contact page, the spam check on our forms, and links to manufacturer and social media websites. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we don’t control their content. If anything from a third party gets in your way, let us know and we’ll help another way.

Need Help or Another Format?

You never need to use the website to work with us. Our team can:

• find a case, check sizes and prepare a quote with you over the phone or by email;
• send product information, quotes or documents in a format that works for you, such as large print or plain text;
• take your request directly if a form isn’t working for you.

How We Check

We review accessibility as pages are built and changed: testing with a keyboard alone, checking layouts at phone widths and when zoomed, checking colour contrast, and using automated checking tools. We review the site again whenever we make significant changes, and update this statement to match.

About This Statement

This statement was prepared on October 6, 2026 based on a self-assessment of the website. We’ll update it as we make improvements.
